Renting a unit with bluebird was so easy! The staff from the call centre were pleasant and friendly And going to meet with the staff at bluebird was even better! Almost felt like I was joining some sort of community! The units are safe, clean and well lit!
I fully recommend this storage place over any other I’ve tried!

Pam was amazing to deal with. She was incredibly quick at responding to my inquiries and made sure I had all the information I needed in a timely manner. She was professional, helpful, and kept everything clear and straightforward throughout the process. I really appreciated her responsiveness and support, highly recommend!

Blue bird is an amazing storage facility with first-class security features. I'm also a big fan of the heated bay/drop off area. My previous storage facility only had an outdoor bay/drop off.
The deciding factor for me was definitely the top tier customer service. Lucia and Pamela go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and safe about your belongings at their facility.
I was a little disappointed to find out that they don't have the same owner as the Bluebird restaurant in town, but still a great experience.

Bluebird self Storage is very well kept. Clean and well lit. Staff members very friendly. Extremely helpful with answering my questions and giving suggestions for alternative solutions. During the winter months, snow removal was quick and slush vacuumed up periodically in the loading bays. Awesome is all I can say
I definitely use them again in the future !!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! Facility is extremely clean and well maintained. 2 indoor unloading bays for unloading and loading of oversized vehicles. Rates are very reasonable and they also provide complimentary coffee in the main office. Extended hours to access the facility as well, with access available from 6am until 11pm. I highly recommend this storage facility!
