Lucia was very helpful. Service was provided as advertised. Outdoor space is fully fenced and under video surveillance. Indoor space is clean and well designed

I recently had a storage unit at Bluebird Storage and it was a great experience. Pam was very accommodating and kind. The cleanliness of the facility is unmatched. Definitely would rent there again!

Big thanks to Jenny and Ashley for their outstanding customer service. I’ve been renting here for almost a year. Moving is hard enough, but it helps when you have great support. They walk you through the process and explain everything clearly, so there are no surprises. They made sure the elevator was on service which speeds up the move. Also , I had to change my storage needs two times. Jenny was great at advising me what would work. I like that there is an inside loading dock kept clean with carts to utilize. Although, I have moved into my new home, I will continue to keep a small storage for work stuff based on the great service and cleanliness.

This was our first time needing storage while we were in between moves. This facility is fantastic! It’s so clean and the staff are great! Jennie helped us from start to finish and answered all our questions and concerns. She was so helpful and super friendly!! It’s nice to have a place where you feel so welcomed the minute you walk in the door and Jennie definitely made that happen. If you are looking for a storage facility, this is definitely the place to go!!
